Join the EDI Committee in this workshop that will share how Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion are encoded in numbers gathered from our CSZ community. In this interactive session, we will assess our current EDI landscape and chart a course for a more inclusive future. Let’s discuss the barriers to increasing diversity and inclusion in our society, the successful steps our society has taken in the past, and help to collectively set strategies and future directions for EDI within the CSZ community. By fostering open dialogue and introspection, we aim to encourage a profound reflection on the role of EDI within the CSZ community and of each society member, both at our annual meetings and on a daily basis. Let's inspire one another to create a welcoming environment in the CSZ where every individual feels valued and included.
